This guide walks you through setting up your TechKnow Audio product and establishing a stable Bluetooth connection with your devices.

Getting started

Before first use, fully charge your device using the included cable or recommended charging method. Once charged, power on the device using the designated control button.

Bluetooth pairing

Enable Bluetooth on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Set the audio product to pairing mode (indicator light or sound will confirm).
Select the product name from your device’s Bluetooth list.

Automatic reconnection

Once paired, the device will automatically reconnect to the last connected device when powered on, as long as Bluetooth is enabled and within range.

Switching between devices

If you want to connect to a different device, disconnect the current connection via Bluetooth settings, then repeat the pairing process on the new device.

Connection stability tips

Keep devices within the recommended Bluetooth range.
Reduce interference from other wireless devices when possible.
Ensure your device’s operating system is up to date.

Troubleshooting

If pairing fails, try restarting both devices and repeating the pairing process. For persistent issues, resetting the product may help.
